A LITTLE CLARITY. A LOT OF PROGRESS.
Goals overview
A shared direction, with room for individual growth.
Same goals.
Three ways to get there.
Explore a realistic team workspace through the browser, callable page tools, or a direct API. Every path follows the same permissions.
8 employees · 2 departments · 3 reporting levels
Plus an administrator. No real employee information.
Your team's momentum
Clear outcomes. Visible progress.
People & reporting lines
Employees see themselves. Supervisors see direct reports. Department heads see their reporting subtree. Administrators see the sandbox.
Ask your goals a question.
Use your existing ChatGPT sign-in through the local Codex companion. The assistant follows your signed-in employee's permissions.
Start the local companion
npm run companion
Run this from the site repository, then open the paired link printed in your terminal. Create a sandbox or sign in there, then return to Ask AI.
Requires Node 24 and Codex CLI signed in with codex login. The local tracker uses the same Cloudflare database.
You are using the local companion. Model requests use your Codex plan and its usage limits.
Measured, not guessed.
Real runs against synthetic data, with outcomes checked against the database.
What the assistant can do
Read visible goals and people, update your progress, assign goals and add supervisor feedback when your role allows it. Read-only mode exposes only read tools.
Each request starts a fresh conversation. Your tracker token stays in the local tool host. Codex authentication stays on this computer.
Put the paths to the test.
Start each comparison with a fresh sandbox and the same role. This page records action requests and server processing time. Use the stopwatch for end-to-end time.
No run in progress.
Suggested scenarios
- Employee: sign in as Alex Rivera. Find your release goal and set progress to 80% with a note.
- Supervisor: sign in as Evan. Assign Priya a training goal, then add feedback to her existing goal.
- Department head: sign in as Maya. Find overdue goals across your reporting subtree.
- Permission check: as Evan, request
alex-c-1. Expect 404 and no record contents. - Retry: repeat a write with the same idempotency key. Verify one resulting change.

Open this page in a compatible agent browser and sign in. Tools reuse your signed-in session.
Direct API
Authenticate using your sandbox ID, email, and generated password. Use the returned bearer token for action calls.
Open API specification ↗Tokens expire after one hour. The sandbox expires after 24 hours. No credentials are embedded in exported results.
Test credentials for this sandbox
These credentials allow switching between synthetic roles. Keep them for repeatable tests.
